As New Zealand is now operating under the Red Traffic Light System, we have had to review how we are delivering flowers and gifts to homes and businesses.

Work place addresses require us to be wearing a mask and to scan into the QR code at the entrance of the business. Deliveries are made to the front desk.

Home deliveries are now done contactless. We wear a mask and deliver to the doorstep. Knock on the door then step 2 meters back. If nobody is home the flowers are left on the doorstep if this is a safe place otherwise they are placed in a safe spot.

If the receiptant is home, the flowers are still placed on the ground and the 2 meter rule is applied. There is no contact at any stage.

Calling into the store for flowers and gifts now requires you to wear a mask and keep 2 meters apart from staff. It is a good idea to ring beforehand so we can have a lovely bouquet ready for you to collect.

If you have a special request concerning your delivery, please call us on 0800 379 1234 and we will endeavor to fulfil your request.
