What is the latest time we can submit an order for delivery in New Zealand?

• If you are wanting to have a delivery in Christchurch you have to place the order by 2.30pm for same day.
• Orders going to other destinations within New Zealand have to be placed by noon for same day.
• If your delivery is rural, place the order the day before to ensure it catches early couriers.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery Costs are $14.50 in Christchurch, Christchurch surrounding area $19.50, New Zealand wide $24.95 and $29-50 for orders to be delivered outside of New Zealand.

Can I place orders over the phone?

Yes, we find a number of our customers are more comfortable placing orders over the phone. We often speak to customers from all over the world Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, USA, South Africa... and so the list goes on.

What kind of alcohol comes in the gift baskets?

We prefer to supply quality Marlborough whites and Australian reds, we also have a selection of Chilean reds and a local Sparkling Reisling from Melton Estate 375ml for $22.50. Often we are requested to supply a clients favourite which we endeavour to do. We will also include spirits at your request, however we need time to go out and purchase these for you.

Can I change the colour scheme of the flowers from those I see on the website?

Yes, feel free to e-mail or phone if your choice is not shown. We have good access to most flowers all year.

What days do you deliver in New Zealand?
At Citywide Florist Ltd we have couriers continually collecting Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.

Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes, we enjoy designing wedding bouquets for your special day. Consultations are free.

Can you make custom arrangements?

Often we are requested to create something special. We truly enjoy the challenge. Call us with your idea/request to discuss your requirements.

Can you make custom gift baskets?

Sometimes customers need a gift basket for a diabetic, gluetin free or dairy-free person. Requests usually are able to be catered if enough notice is given. So feel free to ask and we will do our best. 

What happens if nobody is home when my gift is delivered?

Our couriers will leave the gift in an obvious place and put a card in the letterbox telling the recipient where and what time the item was left. If possible we do prefer to also have a phone number so we can ring first.

Is it possible to have deliveries sent outside of Christchurch on the weekend?

Sorry, but we cannot deliver outside of the city boundaries during the weekends.This also includes Kaiapoi and Rangoria and Rolleston. We only service these areas during the week.
