If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Citywide florist gift, it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference.
Simply return the unwanted gift to our store at Citywide Florist Ltd, Cnr Chancery Lane and 102 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, New Zealand within one week of purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with an explanation for your return.
