We are back in store and processing orders today (Wednesday 7st September). Due to a back log of orders we have made Thursday 8th September the next available ordering date on the website.
How level two works:

Here is what you need to know if the level changes:
Q. What about curbside pickup, would you bring my order to my car? or to the curb?
Yes, when your order is due for collection, text us on 027 660 8989 once you are outside the store and we will run your order out to the curb for you to pick up.
We will also have a collection point in the rear carpark.
This can be accessed by turning into the Jail House Backpackers driveway and turning left in the rear carpark.
There will be a marked area with a QR code to scan or register to note your visit. Your order will be clearly labelled.
Q. How do you keep my recipient safe when you deliver to their home?
Our couriers will do contactless deliveries which involves simply knocking on the door and stepping 2 mts back. If nobody is home the delivery will be left in a safe place and a delivery note will be left saying what time and where the delivery is left. Our drivers will be wearing masks and gloves and will be noting what time on their courier notes they were at the property for Contact Tracing.
Q. Can you do deliveries to rural properties?
Yes, we will have our rural couriers working delivering to all the areas we listed.
