Citywide Florist are able to deliver Worldwide using our network of experienced florists. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order. Overseas orders often take 2 days to arrive on the doorstep of your loved one.

We will offer refunds to customers who receive goods that are in an unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed the care instructions on the back of the message card.Goods must be returned to our store if received in Christchurch or Canterbury area.Your flowers must be in the same condition that you received them and with original packaging.We require you to supply proof of purchase receipt. Once your refund request has been received, you will be notified that we have received your request for a refund and then we will notify you as to whether a refund is approved. If successful, payment will be credited back onto the credit card that was used for the transaction.Payment can take several working days before appearing on your statement.If you do not want a refund, we will re-deliver the exact item that you purchased.
We understand your concerns about submitting information online so we process your credit card payment through Windcave payment system which means we do not hold any information on orders through our website. If you have ordered over the phone and given us your credit card details , these are used to process your order then held securely before being collected by a security bin company for safe disposal.

Yes, you simply select the pick up option during the checkout, rather than a paid shipping cost. This way you avoid the delivery cost.
Yes, simply put in the postcode of the area you require and the website will select the correct courier charge.
Most areas within Canterbury are able to be delivered same day if your order is received by 9.30am.
We do have limited areas that are serviced by our rural courier's on the weekends.
Your order has to in by 9.30am on Saturday morning and we will contact you if we are unable to deliver until the following Monday.
We strongly suggest ringing the shop to check before ordering online on the weekends.
We offer a same day delivery service in Christchurch if you order before 2.30pm during week days. If you are wanting your delivery same day on a Saturday, we must receive your order by 11am Saturday.
All Citywide flowers are wrapped in florist paper and trimmed with ribbons to tone with your flowers.Some bouquets are popped into one of our personalized flower bags with a bubble of water on the bottom. If your flowers are a simple bouquet of cut flowers we wrap the stems in wet papers then cellophane so they have moisture until arrival. A bouquet can also be made into a water box, this acts as a vase. It is trimmed with wraps and ribbons, again to tone with the flowers. All flowers going on delivery will have a sachet of flower food attached.
At Citywide Florist we specialise in same-day delivery Monday to Saturday, If your order comes in after-hours on Saturday, it will be delivered the next working day. If you have a delivery to a business address please order in the morning so we can ensure we have it delivered in time. If you discover a problem with your delivery please contact us immediately so we can follow it up for you.
Deliveries begin at 9am with the last courier leaving mid afternoon. You can let us know the delivery date in the date box when you order. Unless a special request is made, your order will go on the next scheduled delivery. If your gift is to be delivered outside of Christchurch city it may have to go the following morning as the rural courier leaves early morning. We will be in contact with you regarding delivery if there is a problem.
Your shipping cost will be calculated based on the postcode of your recipient.
We can trace your gift at anytime so please let us know if you need confirmation. Simply call or email us and we will find the information. At the end of each business day we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order was delivered today.
The courier will leave a card to say he has called and to ring for a re-delivery .If it is a safe property, the courier will leave the item in a safe and obvious place which is out of site of the street.If your order is going to an apartment block with security gates please supply a phone number so we call and make a time prior for delivery. If you discover there has been a problem with delivery please let us know as soon as possible so we can follow it up for you.
