At Citywide Florist we offer full refunds to customers who receive flowers in damaged condition within 24hours of delivery. We will request a photo of the damaged goods, otherwise you can bring them to us in the shop to sight. The gift must be in the same condition you received it in including packaging. Care instructions of the flowers must have been followed (on the back of our message card) .
All refunds requests must be processed within 24 hours of delivery of the gift. If it is outside of this time frame we can not offer a refund.
Please follow care instructions and add the flower food supplied with your bouquet.
