by Gina Parker April 21, 2015 1 min read

You might have noticed we have upgraded our site. We wanted to make sure you could shop easily from your tablet and mobile device so we have moved to a new platform.

In an effort to keep all of our customer's details safe we were unable to migrate their customer accounts from the old site to the new site. But don't worry - creating a new account takes under 2 minutes and is super easy.

Here is our step by step tutorial with pictures to talk you through each step.

Head to our Login page - Here https://www.citywideflorist.co.nz/account/login

      • Under the heading new customer - Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password (you can use the same ones as the old site.
      • Press the black sign up button.

      • Go to your inbox - we will send you an email titled "Customer Account Activation" with a link to verify you are you.
      • Click the link
      • You will be taken to a page that as you to enter that password again - enter your password twice then click Activate account

      CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE DONE!

      OPTIONAL:

Click the "View Addresses" in grey underneath your details, to add any addresses you frequently use (e.g. family members, corporate addresses, staff members) so you can easily ship to them next time you order.
