We will offer refunds to customers who receive goods that are in an unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed the care instructions on the back of the message card.Goods must be returned to our store if received in Christchurch or Canterbury area.Your flowers must be in the same condition that you received them and with original packaging.We require you to supply proof of purchase receipt. Once your refund request has been received, you will be notified that we have received your request for a refund and then we will notify you as to whether a refund is approved. If successful, payment will be credited back onto the credit card that was used for the transaction.Payment can take several working days before appearing on your statement.If you do not want a refund, we will re-deliver the exact item that you purchased.
We understand your concerns about submitting information online so we process your credit card payment through Windcave payment system which means we do not hold any information on orders through our website. If you have ordered over the phone and given us your credit card details , these are used to process your order then held securely before being collected by a security bin company for safe disposal.

If your order is unable to delivered to the address required, it will be returned to the shop and we will contact either the sender or receiver for a new address or other instructions as required.There will another delivery charge to cover the re-delivery costs.
